By using SOS Boiler Engineers’ website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered:

We provide boiler repair, servicing, installation, and related plumbing and gas engineering services in select areas of London. The scope of services is agreed upon during booking, and all work is carried out by Gas Safe Registered engineers.

2. Bookings & Appointments:

When booking a service, you must provide accurate information. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Emergency call-out services may incur additional charges, which will be communicated upfront.

3. Payments:

All payments must be made upon completion of services unless prior arrangements are made. We accept payment via major credit cards, bank transfers, or cash. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Warranties & Guarantees:

We offer a 12-month guarantee on most boiler installations and repairs. This guarantee covers workmanship but does not include issues caused by third-party tampering or neglect.

6. Limitation of Liability:

While we strive to provide excellent service, SOS Boiler Engineers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of the same jurisdiction.
